Boat part number 1120172 is a new high speed pickup for Blue Wave Boats, part number PPF-000153 . Manufactured by Metal Moulding Corp., part number BWB-36 , but may be used on other boats.
A high-speed pickup is ‘L’ shaped plumbing that comes out of the transom, bends down toward the bottom of the transom, and is cut off at an angle so that as the boat moves forward, water is pushed into the livewell by the aid of pumps. The pickups are designed for high-speed boats that require substantial water flow and volume with minimal drag and disturbance.
This high speed pickup is constructed out of stainless steel and measures approximately 6 1/4″ H x 5 1/4″ L x 4″ W overall. Mounts with (4) 1/4″ Dia. mounting holes. Features a 4 7/8″ L pipe that connects with a 1 7/8″ Dia. threaded end. Intake opening measures approximately 2 3/8″ W.
