This mount is fail safe marine engine mount that is similar in design to the MEM and MEL mounts but are made with a special high-damping rubber compound. This results in a high degree of vibration isolation and a great amount of stability. DM mounts are extremely effective on 1, 2 and 3 cylinder diesel engines where the special high-damping compound provides effective vibration isolation capabilities while also eliminating much of the movement created by 1-3 cylinder engines.
This motor mount measures approximately 4 3/8″ L x 2 3/8″ W x 2″ H overall and has (2) 3/8″ W x 1/2″ L slotted mounting holes.
